Your enforcement vendor, your finance system, your BI stack — none of them are second-class citizens. SHA-256-signed webhooks for session.* and permit.* events. Per-key rate limits and audited call logs. We built this so ePRO could replace its parallel data store with a single contract call. The same surface is available to you.

Gated-site ready
Cloud is the brain. Edge is the bridge. Hardware is interchangeable.
Most gated parking software is fused to a single boom-gate vendor. GetParkOS is architected the other way around — a thin onsite gateway speaks to your gates, LPR, intercoms and POS, but every decision lives in the cloud. Tap-to-pay at the exit POS is a first-class flow. Vendor swaps don't require a re-implementation.

Session integrity
We don't strand parkers when LPR misreads a plate.
Traditional gated systems assume entry-plate-read = exit-plate-read. When that fails — and it does, on 1–2% of sessions — the parker gets stuck at the boom and your operator gets an intercom call. GetParkOS treats session continuity as a first-class concern, with passive vehicle signature capture today and active reconciliation on the roadmap.
